Our Staff

Juston brings many years of practical and hands-on experience to Lake Stevens Tax Service. Prior to joining, Juston has worked at regional and local accounting firms servicing a wide range of clients. His tax experience is broad and includes tax planning and compliance with publicly-held and closely-held businesses, estate planning and individual tax preparation. He also brings experience dealing with State and Federal tax disputes. Juston is a graduate of Central Washington University (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting) and a graduate from Golden Gate University (Master’s degree in Taxation).

Juston is in his second decade as a Lake Stevens resident and enjoys coaching and being involved in the community. When Juston is not working or spending time with his family, he enjoys mountain climbing and is an active member of the Mountaineers.

Juston is also a member of the Washington State Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPA’s, and is a licensed CPA under the authority of the Washington State Board of Accountancy.

Jenny is the Office Manager at Lake Stevens Tax Service. She has been with the company for 14 years. Jenny plays a key role at the firm, making sure the office is staffed and responsive all year long to our 1,700 clients. Specifically, Jenny is responsible for all the firm’s marketing, compliance, and operational requirements.

When Jenny is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Derek, their kids, and grandchildren.

Gina has been associated with Lake Stevens Tax Service for over 20 years in various roles with the firm. Gina currently oversees the payroll function for the firm which includes close to 100 clients. Prior to Lake Stevens Tax Service, Gina worked at a large National Health Care Insurance Company as an inside sales representative. Gina and her husband Randy started out as clients of the firm when they had their own construction business. Through this relationship, Gina and Randy became good friends with Gary and Sandy and Gina started to work with them as their business grew. Gina has been a substantial factor in the growth of Lake Stevens Tax Service.

When Gina is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends camping and traveling. Gina has four grown sons and 4 beautiful grandchildren.

Tom joins Lake Stevens Tax Service with diverse experience in tax preparation and tax software development. For ten years he worked in software development and testing at Microsoft before returning to public tax preparation in 2008. His experience includes individual, business and fiduciary tax preparation and tax planning. He is experienced in dealing with the IRS, including helping clients with years of unfiled returns. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting).

Tom and his wife Nancy moved to Lake Stevens in 1990. They have five grown children and eight grandchildren and enjoy spending time with them. He has held various service positions with his church and the Boy Scouts of America. Hobbies include water skiing and scuba diving.

Tom is a member of the Washington State Society of CPAs and is a licensed CPA under the authority of the Washington State Board of Accountancy.

Michael has been with Lake Stevens Tax Service since 2022. He has over 10 years of accounting and payroll experience, working with local small businesses and corporations in both accounting and human resource functions. A fan of utilizing technology, he works to ensure the services we deliver to our clients are always accurate and accessible. He also helps with our office management and IT to make sure everything flows smoothly.

Michael loves living in Lake Stevens with his wife, 2 young children, 2 dogs, and 2 cats! Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, being an avid Seattle sports fan, and video games!

Jessica comes to Lake Stevens Tax Service with a virtual lifetime of accounting experience under her belt. Before joining our team, Jessica worked as an Accountant for her father’s auto collision repair shops for 15 years, a Payroll Specialist at Hopelink for five, and the Office Manager/Accounting Assistant for a small CPA firm in Bellevue for the last 12. Jessica will be assisting our firm and clients with a variety of bookkeeping, individual and business tax assignments. She is excited to graduate from Bellevue College with her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at the end of the year. Jessica is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and a student member of both the WSCPA and AICPA organizations.

Jessica moved to Lake Stevens in 2021. She and her new Husband, Scott, have a combined five children between them, one granddaughter, and a French Bulldog named Higgins. They love to cook, travel, go camping, and take in live concerts and comedy shows.
